It Is Indeed a Blessing! :)

Aside from papers I love books and yes, I do hoard them, too. You can see books lying around almost anywhere at our house. Most of them occupies a large amount of space at my worktable and it's getting to be an eye sore lately as I continue to hoard and hoard books. hahaha.I always plan on cleaning and arranging them but just like most of my plan it really stayed as plan. And as I enter our room (I shared room with my cousin) from an event, a really nice surprise just warms my heart. My books are all sorted out, clean and neatly arranged according to their length. Plus my table is sooooooo clean. I wanted to cry and hug them for doing the tedious chore for me. I can imagine the enormous task they've been through! Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart! <3

see, it was neatly arranged. :)
the books at the back was also arranged in fashionly manner. LOL

So excited to work! <3

But the blessing did not end there. I was given a privilege to attend our company's cocktail event considering I haven't submitted a single manuscript since last month. Talk about being so prolific, huh? [in sarcastic voice] And look what my writer-buddy/friend Gypsy Esguerra gave me:

Cute little box!
Can you guess what's inside? :)
Ta-da! Hah, imagine how wide my smile is as she handed me this box! :) And can you guess what's inside? Paper? No. :) Books!!!!!

Lastly, we're booked to CDO (Cagayan de Oro) next year! I'm with my former officemates/friends, Rio and Alex. :) Thank you Cebu Pacific for offering piso fare. Thank you Alex for booking our trip!

Thank you so much Lord for showering me all of these blessings! :) Thank you for all of these people! Blessed their hearts and lives. :) Thank you for always reminding me that I am indeed Your precious and beloved daughter! :)

P.S. And just last night I watched The King And I at the Resorts World Manila. Also a blessing from a friend of mine, Alex. :)

Misadventurer's Take On Being A Bum

It's been nearly a month since I quit my work and so far I'm really enjoying it. LOL. So what's keeping me busy these past few days except bumming? Hmm, ano nga ba? I watched The Phantom of The Opera. Luckily, Mr. Photographer scored me and my friend a good orchestra seat. :) *Thank you, D.* I felt so blessed that despite of being a bum our Lord still want me to enjoy this little perks. I travel often. Haha. Ewan ko na din kung paano ako nakaka-survive sa pag-alis alis kong ito. And lastly being a full-time/hands on maid of honor. HAHAHA.

Misadventurer to Certified Bum. Whahaha

Trying to be busy. Photo was taken by my cousin.
Sabi niya nakakatuwa daw ang itsura ko, kaya she immediately grabbed my cam to take
a photo of me humilating myself. LOL
As I shared before, I quit my job to be a fulltime writer. And I'm proud to say that I as of this moment I haven't finish a single manuscript yet. hahaha. Who says that being a fulltime writer is easy? ^_^

nail-art! <3 smiley!

Watermelon! <3

If I don't succeed on producing a single manuscript within this month maybe I can shift career again. Manicurista naman! I'm getting good at this, I must say. haha

Obviously at UPLB. :) We jogged  talked from 5am til 8am I think. LOL

At UPLB

Despite the fact that I'm jobless God gave me a lot of opportunities to visit places like this. Also, He put kind-hearted people who willingly adopt me for three days and gave me tour in historical town of Pila. Thank you, Czei! You know how much I love you naman diba? Thanks to your family! I vowed that I'll be back at UPLB again.

My bestfriend's prenup outtake! <3 I made this banner! (proud paper hoarder)

taken by my ever reliable Sony digicam! :)
I spill out my bestfriend's secret to this blog and I think if ever she get to read this she will strangle me! haha. To give an excuse of being a bum, I am helping my bestfriend in her wedding preparation. We spend an enormous amount of time together since she quit her job, too. Dinners, souvenir hunting, gown hunting/fitting and all. And last Saturday we did her prenup shoot! Yihee! I admit I'm equally excited as the couple is. Originally, Mr. Photographer (D) was the one who will do their prenup but as a busy bee he is, he can't do it. So my another gifted/talented friend was to the rescue. An endless thank you, Alex! :) D, lend me his precious SLR to capture my bestfriend's precious moment. I'll post the prenup outtake/BTS soon. Thank you din, D.

And speaking of wedding, my sister is also planning hers. And that means I also have to help her. She works in Singapore and will only come home next year for her wedding/vacation na din. And being the loving sister that I am I volunteered myself to do the coordination. (i.e. Church inquiry, invites planning, reception, etc.) Maybe when it's my turn to walk down the aisle, wedding preparation would be as easy as 1, 2, 3. Haha!

Who wouldn't love being a bum, huh? ^_^
